Payments and Renter's Insurance Info

RENTER'S INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Reminder that All Tenants must carry renters insurance ( an HO4 policy) 

- Required with a minimum liability portion of $100,000

- Liability Amount must be $300,000 for any unit with a dog of any breed or size


and we should be listed as an ADDITIONAL INTEREST *  as follows

WE MUST have a single document sent from your agent that shows 

(1) the policy limits and 

(2) the dates of coverage and 

(3) that we are listed as additional interest.


It can be a single page acord binder or similar but it MUST come from your agent. We cannot accept pictures of policies or self generated copies from a website .

RENT AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT METHODS:

Deposits may be paid as follows:

By mailing check or money order made payable to JMG, LLC or Jones Management Group, LLC to P O Box 8265 Lexington, KY 40533- personal checks accepted when move in date is at least 2 weeks from payment date or by dropping off at the office drop box - see below. or

By EFT - (email davidjones10@gmail.com for form). You will need to fill out the form and email a scanned copy along with a copy of a void check or fax to 1-888-415-4095 or

By PAYPAL.com to email address davidjones10@gmail.com BUT NOTE - we can only credit actual amounts received so you will need to have paypal do a bank draft from your account - use of any card for payment, including a debit card which pulls directly from your account by paypal incurs an up to 4% fee from paypal, not from us and it is deducted by paypal from the proceeds remitted to us SO if you use a debit card or any other card for your Paypal.com payment you MUST add 4 % to cover the fees charged to us. PAYPAL can only be used with prior approval so email us if you wish to use this method or

Chase Quickpay, ( also known as Zelle for non Chase customers) if you are already set up with them ( you would be familiar and eligible to use this ONLY if you already bank with CHASE as it is a service provided by Chase for Chase customers) , by remitting to davidjones10@gmail.com or

Rent may be paid as follows:

By mailing to the P O Box - By mailing check or money order made payable to JMG, LLC or Jones Management Group, LLC to P O Box 8265 Lexington, KY 40533 1st month rent must be certified funds or money order - thereafter personal checks accepted provided no checks are returned for any reason. This is the only valid mailing address. This includes online bill pay( OBP) checks from your bank. Personal checks are NOT accepted for late rent or ANY rent paid after the 5th of the month. Effective January 1, 2017, non electronic payments ( check, money order, cash, etc) MAY incur additional fees.

NO OTHER MAILING ADDRESS IS ACCEPTABLE- We are unable to collect payments mailed to ANY other address than the P O Box 8265 address. or

You may set this up for anytime between the 1st and 4th with no late fees. You may also set this up so that it is in our system but does not automatically pull from your account until you give us email permission to do so. or

In Person You may drop off rent at anytime at the office drop box at 659 Mitchell Avenue townhomes - 659 Mitchell Avenue Lex, KY - Behind McDonalds and CVS at Harrodsburg Rd and Lane Allen Road - use the brown metal drop box on the brick wall with the letters that say JMG and please email us after you do so that we know to collect it. Do NOT drop it in the regular mailbox there. Do NOT drop cash in the box as you will not receive credit for cash unless given in person and we can never guarantee cash dropped in an unattended box will get to us.Effective January 1, 2018, non electronic payments ( check, money order, cash, etc) MAY incur additional fees. DO NOT MAIL PAYMENTS TO THE OFFICE ADDRESS.
